Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before dispatching all our orders, we follow a triple check mechanism to ensure that your order is packed securely and correctly. We use fully trackable reputed couriers only (Fastway and Post office) for all our dispatches. This ensures that your order reaches safely and timely.

At VAADI ORGANICS, our aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as straight forward as possible. A refund or an exchange will be offered provided the goods are in a fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, except where goods are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods.

To initiate a return or claim a refund please contact us via e-mail at support@vaadiorganics.sg within 24-48 hours. You will need to supply us with the Order Receipt Number asper your confirmation, as well as details of your return request.

We will then review your ‘Return of Goods/Claim of Refund’ request and get back to you within 48 hours with instructions.

We will keep you informed by sending you an email confirming the action we have taken and as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition we will issue you with replacement goods or the opportunity to exchange the item for another item of equal value or more.

Merchandise that you would like to return need to be sent to our warehouse. We will share with you the address depending upon the country from which you have ordered.

Courier charges as per actuals incurred to us are non- refundable except in the case of faulty andor damaged goods or where we have delivered incorrect goods.
