Are your products authentic and safe?
Yes. All VAADI products are 100% organic, authentic and cruelty-free. Each product is clinically tested for safety purpose and is completely free from any side-effects.
To ensure the delivery of best quality herbal products, all VAADI products are GMP Certified, ISO 9001:2015 Certified and Organic Certified.

Are all ingredients used safe for all skin types?
Yes. All the ingredients used in our product range are grown under controlled conditions and suitable for all skin types. If you have any serious skin ailment or sensitive to new products, you should first use our product on a skin patch (arm/chin) and look out for reactions before applying it to your face or body.

Can VAADI products be used by children?
Our products are absolutely safe to be used by men, women and children (over the age of 7) since they are chemical free and have no side effects. If your children are sensitive to certain products it is best to stick to products that are only meant for kids.

What is the shelf life of VAADI products?
VAADI stringently rotates the production of all the products from the entire range. All international and bulk orders are manufactured only on request to ensure that all products delivered are from the latest stock. This means that the product you receive in hand would be usable and fresh for 36 months.

How to place an order at VAADI?
We have a very user-friendly e-store for you. Browse through our e-store, select your desired product, enter the quantity you want to buy and click on ‘Add to Cart’.
Go to the shopping cart option given on the upper right-hand side of the website, where you can also use DISCOUNT Codes (if you have any) to avail the discount on your order. After that, click on proceed to checkout.
Login or Register with us by entering all your details including your name, email id, shipping address and valid contact number.
Review your order. Refer the payment options available to you and make your payment. Once you have placed the order successfully, we will send you an email and an SMS for confirming your order.
Note: We only accept orders for delivery in Singapore.

Is it necessary to have an account at VAADI to place an order?
No. You can also place your order without having an account by just providing the shipping address while checking out. However, we recommend you to create an account to get latest updates and offers on VAADI products.

Is it possible to ship the products on the address different from the billing address?
Yes. However, we only ask for the shipping address when you want your order to be couriered to you.

What can I do if the product I want is out of stock?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused if the product that you are looking for is out of stock at that moment and we are unable to fulfill the request immediately. In this case, we suggest you contact our customer care and they will let you know when the product would be available for purchase.

Is it safe to use my debit or credit card at VAADI e-store?
Your online transaction with VAADI e-store is completely safe and secure as we have processes with our payment gateway partners to keep your all transaction details confidential every time you shop with us. Please note we DO NOT save your debit or credit card details on our server.

Is there any shipping charge?
We provide free shipping on all orders above SGD 30. For orders under/less than SGD 30 will attract a shipping charge of SGD 3.

How can I track my order?
When we ship your order, we will send to you a shipment confirmation via an email and an SMS including tracking number and estimated delivery date.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship all orders through a reputed courier company within 3 working days of receiving the order. The courier details are shared as soon as we ship the items out of our warehouse. The order can take 3-7 days to reach you depending upon your location (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

How can I cancel the order I have placed?
If you want to cancel the order you have placed, you would need to call our customer care or email us for order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
For prepaid orders, the refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days.

How do I return or exchange the product at VAADI?
Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it to us and you will qualify for a full refund, minus shipping. Check cancellation and refund policy.
